Qatar’s Athlete Development Pathway (ADP) seeks to produce Qatari sporting champions. Developed in partnership with Aspire Academy, ADP is a robust framework for identifying, developing, and nurturing talented athletes at every career stage. It includes 39 sport-specific models, an innovative Athlete Management System, and an ADP encyclopaedia for support.
