We have consistently demonstrated our ability to host world-class events — from the FIFA World Cup 2022, the World Aquatics Championships 2024, and the World Athletics Championships in 2019, to countless others over the past few decades. Qatar has earned a well-deserved reputation for delivering an optimal environment where athletes can perform at their peak. Looking ahead, we are excited to welcome the ISSF World Shooting Championships in 2026, the FIBA Basketball World Cup in 2027, and the Asian Games in 2030 — milestones that underscore our unwavering dedication to the global sports movement.
