With decades of experience in various significant roles, Dr. Al-Kuwari has consistently demonstrated his commitment to advancing sports both in Qatar and internationally.

H.E. Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buainain is a former player for the Qatari national football team and currently serves as the Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee, as well as the President of the Qatar Football Association and Chairman of the Qatar Stars League (QSL).
