Al Rayyan win Amir's Volleyball Cup Title
Doha: Al Rayyan won the title of HH the Amir's Volleyball Cup in its 46th edition, defeating the Police in the final match that brought them together on Friday at the Qatar Volleyball Association hall.
Al Rayyan succeeded in presenting a strong match, winning it in three games (26-24), (25-19), and (25-18), winning the title for the 16th time in its history, while the Police lost the final for the sixth time, after having previously won it once in its history.
Ali Ghanem Al Kuwari, President of the Qatar Volleyball Association, congratulated the Al Rayyan team on winning the championship title, and the Police team on winning second place.
Al-Kuwari said in press statements after the match that the two teams performed more than wonderfully during the final match of the tournament.
