Amman, Jordan – Qatar's men's beach volleyball team continued its impressive start at the inaugural West Asia Beach Volleyball Tour, securing a hard-fought second consecutive victory after defeating Iraq 2-1 on Wednesday.
Represented by Musa Al Khair and Mohammed Ehab, Team Qatar showcased remarkable resilience to overturn an early setback. After dropping the opening set 15-21, the duo responded in commanding fashion, cruising to a 21-11 victory in the second set before dominating the decider 15-5 to seal the match and extend their winning streak.
The victory follows Qatar's convincing opening-round performance, where Al Khair and Ehab defeated Saudi Arabia in straight sets 25-13, 21-10, strengthening their position in the tournament and maintaining positive momentum in the regional competition.
