PARIS - The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) First Vice President H.E. Mohamed bin Yousef Al Mana attended the para athletics competitions at the Paris 2024 Paralympics Games on Monday at Stade de France where Qatar’s Ali Arshad ended his campaign in the men’s 100m T34 event, settling for sixth position.
Al-Mana commended the organizing committee of the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris for their efforts in hosting this global sporting event. He also praised the outstanding opening ceremony, held at the Place de la Concorde.
The QOC First Vice President wished the best of luck to Team Qatar stars in their upcoming events as Sara Masoud will compete in the women's shot put on Thursday, and Ali Arshad will participate in the 800-meter race on Friday.
