Doha – The President’s Office team and the Sports Events Department team have officially booked their places in the beach volleyball final after triumphing in their respective semi-final clashes. The President’s Office dominated the Procurement and Logistics Support team, while the Sports Events Department edged past the Secretariat-General Office in the QPC Ramadan Tournament 2025, taking place from March 9 to March 18 at the Lusail Shooting Complex.
The President’s Office displayed sheer dominance with a 2-0 victory in the first semi-final match. Meanwhile, the Sports Events Department fought hard to secure a 2-1 win over the Secretariat-General Office, setting the stage for an electrifying final showdown.
In the padel competition, the dynamic duo Adel Al-Hashemi and Hamad Al-Hashemi stormed into the semi-finals after an impressive 9-6 victory over H.E Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buenain and Sheikh Ahmed bin Noah Al-Thani.
The padel quarter-finals are set to continue on Sunday evening, featuring thrilling matchups, H.E Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani and Jassim Mohammed Al-Mulla vs. Baher Al-Ashmawi and Mana Al-Jaal in the first match, Sheikh Hassan Salman Al-Thani and Abdulaziz Al-Baloshi vs. Abdullah Ali Al-Kuwari and Mohammed Ali Al-Kuwari in the second match, while Mohammed Abdulsalam and Ahmed Khalil vs. Salem Al-Saadi and Salah Al-Sunaidi in the third match.
The QOC Ramadan Tournament brings together six elite teams in beach volleyball, alongside highly competitive shooting and padel events.
