Qatar Swimmers Keep Shining at Arab Aquatics Championships in Morocco

Casablanca – Team Qatar’s swimmers continued their medal-winning streak at the 4th Arab Age-Group Aquatics Championships, currently taking place in Morocco.

Ali Syed struck gold in the men’s 100m butterfly with an impressive time of 53.77 seconds, while Adam Morsi added another gold in the boys’ 200m breaststroke (13–14 years) clocking 2:29.24 minutes.

Mohamed Mahmoud powered to victory in the men’s 200m breaststroke, touching the wall at 2:20.24 minutes to secure Qatar’s third gold of the day. Aziz Ismail claimed bronze in the 100m butterfly (17–18 years) with a time of 56.13 seconds, and Hamza Shaalan added another bronze in the 200m breaststroke (17–18 years) finishing in 2:24.80 minutes.

The Arab Age-Group Aquatics Championships, featuring 19 participating nations, include swimming, water polo, and open-water events.
