DOHA, December 08, 2017-The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) organised its annual program for 'Physical Fitness and Health' at Aspire Park on Wednesday.
The program included a series of fitness and medical checks, by using BMI indicator and other vital tools to measure physical fitness, weight, length, fat and flexibility of the muscles.
Additionally, the program also included aerobic fitness test to measure the ability to work for longer periods, depending on efficiency of the respiratory system
The key objective of the QOC's drive is to promote health and sport awareness among individuals, and to enhance the QOC's relationship with the local society by making sport an integral part of their daily life.
