Kuwait: H.E. Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), met today with Mr. Mahmoud Khorsavi Vafa, President of the National Olympic Committee of Iran, on the sidelines of the 45th General Assembly of the Olympic Council of Asia, held in the State of Kuwait.
The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation between the Qatar Olympic Committee and the Iran NOC, as well as ways to support and develop sport across the region.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Mr. Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buenain, Secretary General of the QOC.
