The next phases after Quality see participants aged 8-12 develop a foundation of different skills to serve them in a range of sports, before a tailored programme is provided specific to children's individual needs from 13-18 years of age.At 19, tailored practice, training, competition, and recovery regimes are provided ensuring that athletes maximise their potential. "I've got to put that behind me now, even though I'm very happy to be in the semi-finals, I don't want to stop there. I've just got to regroup after this, enjoy the moment while it lasts and watch the match later."On the other hand, The World No.6 Simon Rösner defeated England's James Willstrop in straigth games (14-12, 11-6, 11-3) to reach the semi-final of the PSA Men's World Championship for a second successive season.
