Kuwait: Team Qatar have earned a spot in the semifinals of the 2024 Gulf Padel Cup taking place in Kuwait.
The Qatari team advanced after a commanding 3–0 victory over Oman in their opening match during the second round of Group A. In another Group A match, the UAE also secured a 3–0 win against Oman.
Qatar will face the UAE tomorrow (Saturday) in the final Group A match, which will decide the group’s top two positions.
The men’s competition features six Gulf nations divided into two groups. Group A consists of Qatar, the UAE, and Oman, while Group B includes Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
The Qatari squad competing in the tournament features Mohammed Saadon Al-Kuwari, Jabor Noah, Abdullah Haji, Hassan Wali, Mohammed Al-Khanji, Rayan Al-Jafiri, Mishari Nawaf, Omar Hassan, and Mohammed Abdullah.
